Engineering software specialist and developer of SMART Scaffolder, CADS has acquired C.A.S.E. (computer assisted scaffold estimating) software from Gary Day Associates Ltd of Keynsham, near Bristol.

The acquisition confirms CADS's place as the UKs leading professional scaffolding software company whose capabilities include software customisation, training, technical support 'Hot-line' and maintenance services.

This patch fixes the following reported issues;

1. Fix to specific sequence of stretch command for fixed pitch ranges and multiple pitch ranges, which updated the range length with the incorrect value
2. Fix to specific sequence in match bar command which failed to update bar marks with a prefix
3. Fix to incorrect scaling of bar references in VPM environment when copied and pasted from another drawing

Only download this fix if you have installed CADS RC v9.07. These files will not work with any other versions of CADS RC or RebarCAD!

This patch will update the IS:2502 - 1963 bar shape list supported in CADS RC India v9.04 and onwards

CADS RC India is fully compliant with IS:12502 - 1963. This patch contains extra 12 shapes which completes the bar shapes list as recommended by IS:2502 - 1963.

The default bar shape list as available in CADS RC India also contain hundreds of special bar shapes, in addition to IS:2502 - 1963, which can be used depending on practical requirements at site.
