Automatic part numbering, Clash detection, Automatic detailing of all the GAs and drawings you need for fabrication and construction. Additionally Advance Steel models produce plate lists, saw lists, assembly lists, bolt lists, etc. which can be output to a printer or as electronic files.
Advance Steel provides some specialised modelling and connection macros for mezzanine floors: Mezzanine Floor macro: creates floor beam layout with paired beam and ties etc. All setting out fully adjustable. Inset floor beam connections: floor beam connection into hot or cold rolled main beam using supplier´s standard cleats. Oversail floor beam connections: floor beam connection over main beam using supplier´s standard cleats. NEW Advance Steel 6.1 Macro: creates fully adjustable mezzanine floor layouts.
Major advances in Advance Steel´s functionality include new modelling macros for Ayrshire's SwageBeams and their connections. Advance Steel allows the SwageBeam cleats and column brackets to be modelled in a truly accurate representation, previously unseen in any other 3D steelwork detailing software.
Complete lists of materials, CNC and CAM files can be extracted from completed models, automatically saving time and eliminating any errors.
