CADS is proud to have been involved in the reinforcement detailing for the waterfront component on the Dubai Creek. CADS onsite coordination team has worked closely with the architect Mazaraki-FBK Design consortium, designers Meinhardt Consulting Engineers' Singapore office and the main contractor Al Futtaim Carillion to provide shop drawings and bar bending schedules.
The ambitious construction schedule required more than 1000 drawings to be detailed, and in excess of 20,000 tons of rebar to be placed in just nine months! The CADS teams detailed and scheduled the entire Harbour Plaza Hotel, a 2km Road Tunnel, Crowne Plaza Hotel, and a major parking facility. |
