CADS RC Details Dubai Festival City

Al Futtaim Carillion were awarded the AED1.2 billion construction contract for the Creekside retail, hospitality and entertainment facility. Dubai Festival City is the Middle East's largest mixed-use development which includes facilities for people to live, work and play in a vibrant, attractive and unique environment, which includes the Al Badia championship course Golf Resort.

The combined total built-up area of the facilities in this initial Dubai Festival City component exceeds six million square feet, with additional provision for under-cover parking that will accommodate 8,000 cars.
