From becoming a prominent landmark, to using novel design & technology, the Nation Towers is fast becoming a symbol of the resilience of the Middle East economy. Located in the relatively conservative emirate of Abu Dhabi in the UAE it will set new standards of luxury by providing a 50 floor, 350 room five star hotel and a 60 floor luxury apartment block in a single package.
The construction of Nation Towers is going on at a mind numbing pace of almost one level per week with the entire construction set to finish within 30 months from the date of first breaking ground!
The US$545 million project will provide almost 300,000 square meters of prestige waterfront residential, hospitality and commercial property with a spectacular view of the gulf on one side and the downtown skyline on the other. If that is not good enough an even more spectacular view can be taken from the sky bridge that connects the residential and hotel towers at the 48th level.
Construction is by a consortium comprised of Arabtec Construction, L.L.C. and National Projects and Construction, L.L.C.
