This version of the CADS Licence Manager has been updated to assist with the setup of network installations by providing a method to export network licence settings from one system and import them into another.
Download CADS Licence Manager Set-up
The system works as follows:
- Download the CADS Licence Manager and install on each system that will be using the network licence import/export feature
- Setup the first system as normal:
- Install applications
- Setup the licences in their network locations
- Output the network licence setting
- Selecting the 'Export Network Settings...' option

- Select the location for the licence information file (CADS-CLM.txt)

- Select the 'Finish' option in order to write the file to the specified location
- On the second and subsequent systems, setup the licence information using the information exported from the first system
- Select the 'Licensing Wizard' option

- On the 'Select Licence Type' page, select the 'Import floating network settings' option

- Select the file (CADS-CLM.txt) that was written from the initial system
- You may need to copy this file to the second system (via a USB device, or CD, etc), or copy to an accessible network folder location

- Select the 'Finish' option. The network licence settings are then imported and the network licences details setup the same as for the initial system
