Remote Support on YOUR Desktop!

Support

CADS is committed to superior customer service, so we've introduced a remote support application.

This is a simple tool your Support contact can use to help with a wide range of problems.  If appropriate to the problem, your Support contact will ask for your express permission to use the remote support application to access your system via the internet.

The problem diagnosis work will be carried out directly on the system, so you can see on screen exactly what the your Support contact is doing at all times. It's as though we're right there with you.

The feedback already from users has been excellent and we have been encouraged by the additional help we can provide by seeing what you see.  This is just one more way in which CADS enhances your experience of using our expert software.
