CADS UK
In business for more than 30 years and with over 4000 client companies, CADS is one of the world's leading software developers specialising in solutions for the international construction industry.

CADS has acquired more experience and expertise than any other developer in its field. Originally concentrating on Structural Analysis and Design applications, CADS developed AutoCAD add-ons for detailing Reinforced Concrete and Structural Steelwork.

CADS is the developer of CADS RC and RebarCAD. Running in AutoCAD, CADS RC has been the market leading rebar detailing software in the UK and around the world for more than 10 years. RebarCAD is the market leader in North America and has firmly established itself with the major fabricators there.

CADS INDIA
In 1996 CADS established a subsidiary CSI (CADS Software India (P) Ltd) in Chennai to sell and support our Analysis, Design and Detailing software in India. CSI has matured into an internationally experienced company of Structural Engineers and Software Developers who are responsible for much of our product research, development and testing.

Continued success and rapid expansion of our Reinforcement Detailing Divisions to more than 200 drafts men and women led us to open a second brand new office in Chennai adjacent to the first office.

CADS DUBAI
In 2005 CADS opened a new sales office in Dubai to provide software demonstrations, sales, training, technical support and other after-sales services to our many Rebar Fabricators, Consulting Engineers and Contractors. It also supports the multitude of RC Detailing projects we undertake in the region.

Our experienced team of coordinators and over 300 detailers work closely with the contractor's site staff to ensure detailing keeps pace with construction. 
 

Our teams are provided with the latest networked CAD workstations, CADS detailing software, high-speed internet connection, telephone, fax, website and email. This means that they can interact efficiently between the construction site and their team back in India.  This is especially important when revising drawings to incorporate Engineers comments within tight deadlines!
