MCA/BE/B. Tech/ME/M Tech, with 5 years of experience in software development. Must have experience with C++, C#, MFC, COM, leadership skills and experience of the complete software development life cycle. Must be familiar with project management tools, RUP and UML notations. Good communication, analytical and mathematical skills are also essential .
