We are pleased to announce the release of SMART Scaffolder draw IT 2.0.
This new version provides two great new features:
- New intelligent dynamic blocks allow you to create scaffolding drawings faster than ever before! You can set the bays, lifts, guard rails, and boards just by clicking the drawing with your mouse.
- You can now draw Cuplok scaffolding, with intelligent blocks for independent scaffolding, loading towers, and stair towers, plus the catalogue of Cuplok components to allow you to create any Cuplok scaffold drawing.
This release is also compatible with the brand new release of Windows, Microsoft Windows 7, and the new 64-bit versions of AutoCAD, reinforcing CADS' commitment to supporting the latest advances in technology.
New features of SMART Scaffolder draw IT 2.0:
1) New dynamic blocks have been provided that allow you to easily create tube-and-fitting scaffolds. Elevation views, side views, and plan views can be created, with dynamic grips provided that allow the lift heights, bay lengths, board details, guard rails, and transom spacing to be easily adjusted. Complex scaffolds may even be built by easily combining the blocks.
2) Support has now been added for the Cuplok scaffolding system, including:
a. Dynamic blocks have been provided that allow Cuplok elevations, side views, and plan views to be drawn. Blocks are provided for each of the standard Cuplok bay and lift dimensions. Dynamic grips are provided to allow the easy selection of board details and guard rails;
b. Dynamic blocks have been provided to allow you to easily add facade bracing to a Cuplok scaffold, with a dynamic grip provided to apply the bracing to all lifts;
c. Cuplok staircases can be drawn, with either four or eight legs, with dynamic grips provided for editing the lift and tower heights;
d. Cuplok loading towers can be drawn, with dynamic grips provided for editing the lift and tower heights;
e. A component library has been provided with each of the individual components from the Cuplok catalogue, allowing you to draw any Cuplok scaffold. The component library includes: standards, horizontals, base plates, universal jacks, transoms, inside board transoms, timber battens, guard rail frames, bracing, and castors. |
