Advanced Scaffolding & Construction Services (ASC) was established in 1984. Their scaffolding operations are generally undertaken within a 25 mile radius of the Sandwell area with our scaffolding supply and fit, but have recently spread their wings and now travel to all parts of the country with their labour only scaffolding and architectural steelwork fitting teams. ASC specialise in all aspects of scaffolding including traditional tube and fitting , Systems of all types, alloy towers, beam works and handrailing. ASC also offer fall arrest solutions and temporary roof design.
Paul Phipps is the owner and Managing Director of ASC. Prior to his enquiry about SMART Scaffolder Paul had not used any estimating software. Used to doing hand calculations, Paul was looking for a more efficient way to generate professional and accurate quotations and drawings. CADS visited Paul at his premises to demonstrate the SMART Scaffolder software and to better understand the specific requirements of the ASC business. After a successful demo and consultation one copy of SMART Scaffolder was ordered.
As per usual the first year of maintenance (CADScover) which included updates and support was included free of charge. Paul took to the new software quickly, finding it easy to set up and simple to use. When there were any queries he was able to full advantage of the support available and has also benefited from several updates to the software, that have added further functionality and features. Testimony to the successful adoption by ASC of the SMART Scaffolder software is a recent new business win of £40,000. This was achieved with the help of the high quality documentation and drawings produced by SMART Scaffolder. |
