How Do I Print a Quotation with a Header and Footer?

SMART Scaffolder allows you to print directly onto your company headed paper, but if you do not have pre-printed headed paper you can print your own directly from the software. This option also allows you to include your standard header and footer when you email an Adobe PDF quotation directly from SMART Scaffolder. You can include a header and footer in any of the printed outputs, including the quotation, load list, and drawings.

The following steps are required: Scan a copy of your headed paper and save it as an image file. Various image formats are available but the PNG format is the best: it provides a good quality image with a small file size. If you would like help with this, please call CADS Technical Support and we will create the image file for you in the best format.   When you have created your quotation with SMART Scaffolder choose Step 5: Print the Quotation and select the Watermark button: A dialog box is then displayed. Click on the Picture Watermark tab and choose the Load Image option: Select the scanned image file: Set the Size Mode to 'Zoom' to place the image on the paper. If you wish you can set the Page Range to '1' to only include your header and footer on the first page. Press OK to finish. If you wish you can alter the print margins by clicking and dragging them:
