A problem has recently been reported regarding BOM extracts for SELECTED objects in Advance Steel 7.1 - sometimes certain objects are not included in the extract.
We have prepared a HotFix, but do not plan to issue it for general release until it has been tested more deeply. In the meantime we wanted to alert you of the potential problem.
As a temporary workaround, you can assign your required assemblies with various "Lot/Phase" values and make your BOM extract using the "Complete model" option, along with the filter for the required "Lot/Phase" :
This is actually our recommended way of working, because once your Lot/Phase properties have been assigned in the model and your BOM Extract Selection Sets defined accordingly, you do not need to pre-select anything when making BOM Extracts - it will export the required objects automatically.
