How do I stop CADS RC/RebarCAD from interpreting some drawing blocks as possibly being title blocks, and therefore repeatedly displaying the Configure Title Block dialog?

You can revise the DrawingSheet.CFG file in the \CADS-RC\params folder to remove any attribute that conflict with other non-title block related blocks.
